The TB Alliance recently interviewed its newly appointed Stakeholders Association Patient Representative, Francis George Apina, who recounted his experiences as a co-infected TB/HIV patient, his journey into advocacy, and offered thoughts about the need for scaled up international interest and financial commitment to develop new and improved TB drugs.
