Thought Leader Series: Progress on Global Scale-up of Childhood TB Medicines
Today, child-friendly medicines to treat TB are available, representing new hope in the fight against the disease. Around the world, there is rapid progress toward adoption, with countries mobilizing to promote the systematic changes required to provide children access to these improved treatments. Still, TB remains a silent killer of children and much more needs to be done to improve case finding, prevention, and treatment of children with TB.
